Well, our thermometer is rising! We are over $600 into our fundraising through T-shirt sales, candy bar sales, tax deductible donations, and more. Thank you, ALL for your incredible support. We are almost exactly seven weeks out from our trip to Global Finals!
Yesterday, we braved the weather and went to Jake's Flea Market to sell items (ours and many donated items) to raise money. The weather was less than stellar. It was, actually, so wet and rainy that almost everyone in the field had packed up to head home before 10 AM. Yeah, we were chilled to the bone. However, combined, our families raised over $100 in that short time. We'll be heading back to Jake's on April 23rd, weather permitting.
If you are gathering items you are ready to part with, for us to raise funds, please let us know, so we are sure to plan a pick-up time and make room in our vehicles for them. We'll schedule a third day at Jake's if we have enough items to make it worth the trip.
There are only five days left to purchase a T-Shirt on our Booster.com fundraiser. Endergirl's mother has a shirt from supporting a prior Booster.com fundraising campaign, and she loves it! T-shirts are available in two different colors and with the options of a traditional T-shirt fit, a ladies cut and in youth sizes.
